Equitable Reproductive Telehealth
Technology has changed the way care is delivered, including reproductive health care.
This may expand access to more people, but only if expanded within a health equity framework with reproductive justice principles in mind.
As defined by SisterSong, Reproductive Justice is the human right to maintain personal bodily autonomy, have children, not have children, and parent the children we have in safe and sustainable communities.
To take on a reproductive justice lens, it is critical to consider the facets of any care model which enhance or limit equitable access and care.
